i am_ living / interactive adaptive moduls

i am_ living

Based on an analysis of the current social developments, three guiding thematic motifs were developed to serve as a starting point for a user-based alternative to the traditional solutions for student living. The consistent implementation of these motives resulted in a modular housing concept, which would provide the modern "university nomads" not only with local flexibility inside an organized system, but also with maximum adaptability. Thus, the connection between the modules develops beyond mere proximity and results in spatial-fuctional conglomerates, assisted by an adaptive interior concept, based on a system of pneumatic muscles.
