Since January 1st 2008 Swedish property owners are allowed to build a 15 sqm house on their plot without a building permit.
Mini House is a modern, prefabricated 15 sqm house concept that also include an outdoor terrace with pergola within the permit-free regulations.
Mini house is constructed to be easily built and is delivered flat-pack. By prefabricating the walls as sandwich elements of plywood and styrofoam, a lightweight, sturdy and insulated construction is enabled. Also, critical details such as windows and electricity can be prepared.
Furthermore, Mini House may be customized
with add-ons such as a cook-bath module and more.
