The project is examining the option of connection between two different functional programs in one building - youth hostel and art school.
The planning technique was programatic analysis and as an outcome of it revealing few options for the connection between two main programs in accordance with needs and requirements.
The concept of mixed use building is a relevant and an important issue in architecture and urban planning today, especially when it is about big and dense cities. Connection of programs enables interaction between different users groups and, the most important, it enables to save up - money, space, infrastructures and energy
