This is the mobile phone for the blind for a special group. It is designed for portable communications tool. An Eye cane and a mobile phone, characterized by operating on the surface a little button-like process to facilitate the blind through tactile perception. An increase of GPS navigation, for information via voice prompts to ensure that the blind travel convenience and safety.
