Nabbing is a system for applying non-chemical countermeasures to physiological and psychological changes during spaceflight.
In weightlessness, the human body suffers from a number of illnesses that are today mostly treated with chemical medication. The drugs taken by the astronauts are preserved in the reused water reserves of the space crafts and future space habitats. The Nabbing system is a non-chemical alternative to traditional medication
The Nabbing set consists of a double sided massage/acupressure mat, a massage-game vest and a pair of supporting gloves. Used together they ease pain and help activating important muscle groups.
