Cook Skin makes the tasks of boiling and steaming fun and easy. It is very much alike the skin of tasty dumplings, except it is made of food grade silicon: it is non-toxic and heat resistant. The notches on the skin snap in to the holes near the rim, allowing Cook Skin to be formed in many different ways. When Cook Skin is used to boil vegetables or pastas, the perforations circulate heat to cook the content, and drain the hot water when taken out of a pot. There is no more need to pick up a pot which is full of boiling water. To steam, simply turn over the skin. The non-slip texture and the notches keep the skin from slipping into the pot.
