Bikky can be transformed from a stroller to a
toddlers bicycle in order to reduce waste of
materials and extend the products life cycle.
Families with a baby need to have a stroller.
However, as the infant grows and learns
to walk, the stroller will gradually become
redundant. Taking eco-design into account, the
focus of Bikky was to extend the life cycle of
the product by giving it a new lease of life as
an infant grows. Being easily transformed from
a stroller to a toddlers bicycle, the life span
of the product can, thus, be extended. This
decreases the wastage of resources, while
relating to the demands of a growing child.
