ZYKLUS / interactive installation

Zyklus | An exploration of bionic principles
The Installation has a circular base (5,5m diameter and 0.5 m high). The outer surface consists of a panoramic illustration, that, when entered by the viewer, completely engulfs him.
The basic elements consist of a static illustration with an overhanging display. The viewer can 'deepen his exploration' of key areas of interest, by holding the monitor over them - which gives rise to animations that further illustrate the given themes and concepts. So, depending on the chosen area, the screen can be used as either a, x-ray machine, time laps device , wide angle lens or microscope.
