Core element of this concept in cooperation with Gaggenau is the hot stone which serves as heat source after having placed it in an oven.
It enables social cooking right at the table without annoying wires. Additional accessories like steel bowls, cooking tools and the bilateral usability of the stone allow various use scenarios. A simple twist of the stone makes barbecuing on the flat side or cooking in bowls within the stone cavity on the other side possible.
A wood attachment protects from burnings and is a nice contrast element to the stone and steel details.
Several instances of HotStone can be arranged harmoniously in a modular way.
