XI / Brake-Shift-Unit Bike


The development of the design concept XI, an intuitive, single-hand controled integrated brake/shift
levers (3x9) takes into account lower manufacturing costs while high-quality product appearance.

Target group:
trekkingbike segment,
unisex, quality-conscious,
prestige oriented

Shifting principle: Return to Center twist shifter
9 gears: simple rotation (twist).
3 gears: diagonal motion with light pressure to the handlebar middle (press+twist)

Display analogous to the shifting direction

New braking system with parallel lever guiding, optimized finger and Bowden cable paths through non-linear brake force ratio.
