filtern / book

filtern – Vom Lesen zum Wissen. Eine Textauslese.
This book combines quotes, interviews and answers to a questionnaire that deal with the process of reading and working with text and books. It focuses on changes of
this process due to digitization.
The individual selection of texts covers a broad spectrum, ranging from Platon to internet-blogs. The concept and structure of the book is nonlinear.
My own reading and working process (the “filtration”) is connected to the book’s content. It served as inspiration to the design process of the book.

332 pages, 217mm x 304mm, digital print on PolarLight 60g/qm, japanese binding, 8-page softcover
