This is a new exercising device for the rehab of, especially, the breast cancer patients. After the mastectomy(surgery to remove a woman`s breast) which causes serious defects on shoulder movements, this hardware can help the patient to preserve the shoulder function. This is possible by the 'rack-and-pinion' gear-set which structure converts rotational motion into linear motion. So, if she rotates the non-defected arm clockwise and counter-clockwise, then the other sick arm, which is located on the other handle, moves up and down. By using this in the opposite manner, passive rotational motion can be created by the linear motion, too.
