The diversity of a town is enhanced by the people in it, so community involvement is key in maintaining a city's identity. The Question Point is an innovative piece of street furniture that acts as a vehicle for dialogue between the council and the public. It can be placed in urban locations where consultation is needed.
A question is placed on the Question Point, which can be updated regularly; the public are then invited to record their responses which are collected on a website. The comments generated can be used in conjunction with any projects and developments taking place in the city.
