Placed at venting spot like balcony and garden, when the speed of wind blowing the face of bell arrives at 24 round/sec (with little difficulty), the electric power deriving from mechanical power could light the arrayed LED according to the principle set before, using human’s illusion of vision to form a fictitious E-bell. This kind of interaction between human and product gains people f new method to acquire the time.
