A shoe for the blind to further interaction and reflecting the ground.
Currently shoes are designed to simply meet the needs of a typical persons foot and there are few products in this sector aimed exclusively at blind users. Normal shoes and shoe insoles protect the users foot and convey some information about the texture and material they are walking on.
This insole provides further interaction by creating a haptic relationship reflecting the users environment. This happens through a number of small indicators that are mounted in the insole which impress into the users foot when they are triggered.
