"Isolating rescue" is actually a life buoy which is attached with a membrane that is water-and-heat-proof. As to the fact that most maritime victims die in the end because of their lowering temperature due to the cold water, we decide to cover a common life buoy with such a membrane. This covered life buoy can prevent direct contacts between a human body and cold water; therefore it can effectively maintain the temperature of a human body. So there will be a better chance of survival for people in an accident.
