This ca. 40m long concept cruising catamaran gets high-tech wingsails, which can (in difference to known systems) be formed in both directions without gaps (which is ideal for courses close to the wind) and be trimmed differently aloft (windgradient). To reduce induced drag the sail shape is based on avian wings. The basic design accents the bisection of the catamaran by transparencies and structures. The high-tech-sails with their advantage in sailing speed, the extravagance of the automotive surfaces and the clever general arrangement make this yacht an extraordinary must have for the super-rich.
