MoRoMAG / mobile robot

MoRoMAG
MoRoMAG

MoRoMAG is a robot that moves on curved steel surfaces.

Some major tasks include precision welding and cutting, inspection of welded seams and geometry measurment.
Its main field of application could be the final assembly of ships.

The robot protects the personnel from typical industrial injuries.
Connection to the computer completes the CAD-cycle.
MoRoMAG could contribute to the environmentally friendly disassembling of industrial goods.

The main innovations in this design are:
· dimensionally stable plate, that carries all components, and leaves open wiggle room for the wheelhouses
· status-light, that illuminates the cover plate
