The project consists in a Product Service System (PSS) of transportation and distribution of scraps and remnants of food from restaurants to needy institutions. Presents what is PSS and the Methodology for PSS (MEPSS). Strong and weak points are analyzed using three dimensions of sustainability, environmental, economics and social ethics to be evaluated from a MEPSS tool named SDO-MEPSS. The objective of Real System is to solve problems like waste of food, minimizing the hunger in the needy institutions and the waste of food in restaurants that participates in the system, counting with the participation of the stakeholders.
