STARK / Induction cooker

Chinese like to stir-frie their food.
But the induction cooker is not suitable for this cooking method.
because when cooking,the pot will rock.

The metal pan having a rounded bottom is
used especially for frying and steaming in chinese cooking.
and the induction cooker is designed expressly for chinese pan.
A bowl-shaped center make it easier to heat the rounded-bottom pan.

Three metal braces support the pan To prevent it move,
also braces set up cooker,so better heat dissipation at the bottom of cooker.

Cooker have a strong frame.because cooking is a manual work,
wrist, arm muscles have to consume a lot of energy.
