Wooden box (325 x 265 x 185 mm), black lacquer, with a built-in loudspeaker. This is a box for discovering and rummaging about in, and at the same time a loud speaker. The Musicbox Cairo makes it possible to get to know Egyptian music in a visual, auditive and haptic way. A book with an integrated mp3 player presents, for example, contemporary musicians and their music. There is a CD and DVD with movies, music and an interactive game. A memory-game shows typical dances. A paper roll which you can pull out deals with traditional instruments. There are also cymbals for making music on your own.
