my project involves with studing the tube shape and it's relationship with the human body.
my own interpretation to the industrial seamless products world.
I wanted to explore the dialogue between body-garment-movement and to find new creature that hides within.
in order to do so, I used computerized flat knitting machine that allowed me to examine the tube shape and develope techniques to create different volumes in the cloth.
I used elastic nylon yarns to get maximum fitting versus stiff copper yarns to creat spaces in the garment.
the outcome would be five ONE-PIECE knitted garments that challenges the human figure and movement.
