Laryngoscopes are used for the visual examination of the throat and vocal cords. The shaft is inserted into the mouth. Light is brought to the tip by a fiberglass cable. The light cable is fixed to the instrument at the handle area. By using light from a stroposcope it is possible to indicate any illness of the moving vocal cords. The whole instrument is lightweight in comparison to competitors and is made out of stainless steel to fulfill sterilization needs. It is the only instrument, which offers the user a specific ergonomic handle for easy use without increasing the size of the instrument. The handle can be easily removed.
