Steam oven BS 220 from Gaggenau: Steaming is an attractive and gentle cooking method even without hot air. The oven uses 100% humidity to steam without pressure, has electronic temperature regulation (30 °C to 100 °C) and is also suitable for low-temperature steaming, defrosting and cooking. It features a stainless-steel cooking compartment. The built-in appliance is uncomplicated and the water tank easy to use. The glass door extends the full height of the oven and is available in anthracite, stainless-steel or aluminum-effect backing. The LCD function display is integrated in the door with control knobs and sensor buttons for easy operation.
