Discipline: Communication

The annual report was conceived as a "workbook" with an innovative
structure consisting of three sections: The image section in the form of a
pull-out magazine, a pocket-sized narrative section and the accounting and
financial section. The distinguishing feature is the cover that calls
material surfaces to mind, an impression that is supported by a small steel
plate engraved with the motto. Three mega trends and the resulting
opportunities for growth are examined in the "Insights" magazine. Stylish
black-and-white product photos, reports in reduced color definition,
diagrams and illustrated data graphs serve to highlight relevant statements.
