Phil / Water Tap

Phil
Phil

Phil is a water tap based on a new kind of handling concept.
Instead of the common rotation a circular movement turns the water on and off. The more the handle is pulled towards the sink the more water is emitted. However, when the water is turned off almost the whole sink can be used for washing purposes for example.
The temperature is chosen by a left/right movement of the whole tap.
By changing the handle (materials, shapes, sizes) a great variability can be achieved and many needs can be addressed. From a minimalistic design statement to a tool focused on the special demands.

(the band name "GROHE" is an example and was picked randomly)
