The SAS Zone was a SAS sponsored project on domestic airports in Sweden.
Domestic air travel is a fast growing sector in a highly competitive business. Especially quality carriers struggle when everything is just cut down to meters, liters and seconds.
The concept is based on the "gap" between communicated (core) values and daily reality. The aim is to show the existing services better without great financial expenses.
The selfservice station creates a focus point in the entrance and supports the interaction with the personnel. It requires a minimum of space and resources while being easy to transport and customizable due to it's modularity.
