The Roundabout trains wrists and forearms and can this be used to promote stability and gripping forces in weakened muscles following a drawn out injury.
To use the device, one pushes down on the tip of the unit. This drives the rotary disc inside. In order to train the wrist, one must generate counterforce this requires altering the angle of the rotating axle, around which the rotary disk turns. The angle is adjusted through movement of the wrist.
