Can wheelchair users also use shopping carts?

All around us we see limitations for disabled people, including when shopping at the supermarket. Because they need both hands to push the wheels, wheelchair users have trouble using the existing shopping cart.

Here is a shopping cart, not so different from the existing one, but can be used by both disabled and non-disabled people. It can also be stacked to save space like the existing ones!
