It was the aim of this work to develop an innovative confectionery concept for a younger target group and to offer a new view on the product cake/gateau. The fusion of French traditional patisserie and Japanese miniaturization and artful optics, leeds to the \"cake at the handle\": it is small, easily to eat, very tasty. You can enjoy it everywhere and at any time. The corporate design mainly visualises the fusion of these two opposite worlds. Japanese reduction and French playfulness, tradition and modern trend, severity and romance interlink and grow to the world of \"petit.five\".
