Sensuality, value and consistency of the design were the central guidelines for the semester project "dishes on the Move". Two facts were decisive for the design of SticknSpoon: first, eating at a buffet leads to a frequent change of cutlery and second, the growing Asian influence on eating habits of western society. Therefore SticknSpoon combines European and Asian food culture by merging the lightness of the chopstick and the elegance of the spoon to a new sensuality.
