STARIO / a radio for the elderly

Low-complexity and intuitive use are the parameters that characterize the design of this entertainment product targeted at mainly – but not exclusively – senior users.

STARIO comes with a CD- and tape player, as well as a radio component. The clear structure of its functional segments, along with a visually and ergonomically refined design facilitate its superior ease-of-use. A removable remote-control satellite doubles as a portable radio with extra user convenience.

The design presents a positive, friendly exterior directed at users of any age, particularly striving to avoid any connotation of a stereotypical medical or senior product.
