The visually handicapped need more help than ordinary people in using facilities in a subway. For instance, it is necessary to think of the present raised block to help their walking. This raised block is limited and unilateral in terms of its scope of selection for the visually handicapped. Further, the full information to detect a danger is not given in a place, which requires more caution, like a stair or platform, which cause an occurrence of a safety accident. Subsequently, this new icon is proposed.
