ErgoCom / Communicator for Theme Parks

ErgoCom
ErgoCom

ErgoCom is a two way radio designed for the less authoritative usage. Contextual research shows that current 2 way radios are authoritative in design that does not match the context of users semantically & ergonomically, especially in theme parks. Current design compromises the communication ability within the theme park and in return compromises the safety of its customers. ErgoCom drives to increase comfort for theme park personnel who engaged in vigorous activities during their work, and with the inclusive of light signaling, driven from contextual observation, it promotes non-verbal conversation to enhance communication among personnel.
