Project of new function of an old grain silos, located in Milan, Italy. The new use of this building is bar-restaurant-lounge bar. The interior pre-existing partition, originally used for the grain storage are a guide for design of new spaces. A vertical empty core connects all interior spaces and becomes a garden of lights.
To underline older parts from younger, these ones has been covered by copper. The pre-existing parts maintain the original gray concrete.
Lighting cuts on floors and ceilings, made of neon, underline the interior silos partitions.
