our name means to us. We believe that all designers should be aware of mass production and mass consumption. We should be creating and purchasing the most appropriate work for our living environment: architecture; products; lifestyle; exhibitions; ideas; books; web sites; materials and interior living. PEEL is a verb which means to strip away or pull off. Our name refers to the idea of PEELing away the unnecessary materials and aesthetics of surface in designs. The concept for our masthead was removing the upper layer or skin of our masthead and revealing the most important inner section.
