How many hands does a person need to hang up washed linen?
… one hand to carry the basket, one hand to hold the linen close to the clothesline, one hand to fix it with a clothes peg, one hand to have some more clothes pegs ready, one hand to …
»zick zack« is a new kind of clothes peg that you don’t need as many hands for as for the usual ones. You only need one.
When you pull the linen between its teeth, »zick zack« gently holds it until you take it out of them again.
After the job is done, it stays on the clothesline and waits for the next load of fresh linen.
