This kitchen was developed for communal residences in which people from different generations live together. The aim of this concept study is to reduce social barriers between young and elderly people by bringing them together for everyday cooking. The design of the kitchen considers certain demands to a common kitchen placed by people with and without physical disabilities. This way the design concept supports a jointly cooking process and important basics for living together.
