Corporate design for Ventil Verlag publishing house
The objective was to create a unique visual identity which can be varied and applied to different contents and series of books. The Ventil Verlag features unconventional, critical and drawn-from-life literature. This alternative caracter is reflected in the corporate appearance. The explosive power is shown by stencil-like artwork and the colors which are reduced to black, white and green. The proximity to human everyday life is evoked by the using of beige cardboard.
