The Proposal of Friendly Used Knives and Chopping Boards for Visually Handicapped Patients
After a careful investigation of visuallyhandicapped patients’ daily activities,
Therefore, a set of friendly used knives and chopping boards were made which could be used for both visually handicapped patients and visually normal people. The knives and chapping boards are in white, yellow and orange color. These three colors are the easiest colors for patients with color deficiency or poor vision to distinguish. They also bring visually normal people and/or children the greatest visual enjoyment while cooking.
