CHIALL / Public Chair

In the cities of 2030, human's desire for nature is increasing every day. But human's carefully manicured lawns are not suitable for urban wildlife, and many urban wildlife are on the verge of extinction.
CHIALL was designed from the perspective of wild hedgehogs in the city. By studying the gathering places, habits and personalities of wild hedgehogs in the city, I have designed a public seat to help them survive better. It is located in the human residential area where urban wild hedgehogs often appeared, and meets the hedgehogs' need of pure water, while meeting the needs of both humans and plant ecology.
