Telephone counselors have a high proportion of women. This is a example of the feminisation of service labour.
Telephone counselors must always maintain a high voice and tenderness. And they hear sexual harassment and abusive language from customers.
To solve this problem, I designed a telephone counselor speaker that converts to a genderless voice. Set the button to 'on'. Then it converts to a genderless voice.
Both male and female employees can use genderless voices. Employees can headset naturally and comfortably by using this product. And they can avoid sexual harassment and verbal abuse they've heard as women or men.
