Taiwan’s power rationing incident in 2021 made us realize that electricity consumption is getting higher. Many street lights are installed on highways for safety at night, so that power plants need to consume a lot of energy to supply them. Although some street lights use solar panels, they still rely on power plants on cloudy or rainy days. Thus, we use the air current to provide stable energy on the road. Utilize the surrounding airflow driven by high-speed vehicles on the highway to rotate the device's blades. There is no need to worry about insufficient airflow because cars pass by 24 hours or the high airflow of the viaduct.
