Carrying cutlery around for meals has become an increasingly important thing in the post-epidemic era. Based on gluten allergen, this design explores the problem of allergen detection in children's diet.

Taking children's cutlery as the carrier, this design explores the use of near infrared reflection spectroscopy (NIR) technology for food composition analysis, detects common food allergens (such as gluten), and gives tips on the spoon.
