AKG is a leading global manufacturer of high-quality microphones, headphones and wireless equipment, producing first-rate products which meet the highest demands. The brand identity for the consumer area was completely reworked and specific sizes and types of packaging were developed. The graphic surface received a completely new colour scheme (black/white/metallic-bronze) and new typography (blender, 2003, by Nik Thoenen) as well as a new, consistent layout. A series of 22 high-quality packages was created. The visual identity was also transferred to product catalogues, ad layouts, and the new consumer website.
