Portal Tupinambá / Sustainable life of indigenous

This project aims to recover the Tupinambá tribe, native from the north coast of Bahia, Brazil. We have been gathering the remnants of this tribe with welcoming and belonging, as well as other tribes like Kariri Xocó and Fulni-ô. The Tupinambá Portal have been working as a pilot village situated in a ceded land of the Atlantic Forest. Our principal goal is to obtain resources for the purchase of the tribe's original land, so the Tupinambás can restore their community way of life with sustainable management of the land, providing socio-economic autonomy for themselves. We also intend to give sustainability courses for their young people.
