ADAA’s annual research reports that people's anxiety and uneasy mood affect their regular life. To help relieving people's anxiety in daily life, biophilic design and the athletic psychology were researched in this design, and three types of lighting devices for public or indoor spaces were provided. This is inspired by the movement of plants varying with the natural environment. Based on the strong impression and positive impacts of rhythm or movement in the nature on human beings, the designed works simulate the growth form, the way of movement and rhythm of plants, creating a good room atmosphere and relax people's mind.
