MicroOcean / contact lens recycle

MicroOcean
MicroOcean

Nowadays more and more people use contact lenses for hygienic and convenience reasons. However, about 15%-20% of contact lens users admit flushing their abandoned contact lens into a toilet or sink. Which will result in microplastic pouring into the ocean or staying at the solid and entering our food chain. MicroOcean is a portable container for user to throw their scrap contact lens. It works not only as a special trash bin for contact lenses but as a small game device that refers to the polluted ocean. We use this visible way to provoke people’s awareness of protecting the environment and encourage them to do so while entertaining still.
