The structure delivers a message with the wake-up call to sea level rise. It is motivated by melting Antarctic ice. The underground exhibition hall, a design of a submerged space by sea level, displays endangered or extinct creatures. The media such as VR could help audience to instinctively recognize it. This could let people know rising sea level means more extinct creature and realize that it is a big deal is for human being

This structure is aimed to let audience know the importance of protection of the environment.
