Lam / Hakka Blue Dyed Bookcase

Lam
Lam

Lam is a bookcase which carries knowlege and memories, and further inherits the story of Hakka blue dyed culture. We disassemble the special totem of the Hakka blue dyed fabric, and integrate it into the bookcase to strengthen the cultural heritage.
In design details, we overlap the dyed thread through linear perspective effects to present dynamic vision, and utilize the interaction of XYZ axis to support the cabinet body, easy to assemble.
Furthermore, We design the slides in two directions, so that the doors do not affect each other and can be extended by combining the different form of tenen, giving more possibilities of combination.
